ReStore Staff & Volunteer Quarterly Meeting 2/19/26

Agenda:
1. Quick financials and things we've done over the last quarter (volunteer groups, Re.Volvs, adding additional route to Mondays to support pick ups)
2. Presentation from Amy's team on the donor experience
3. Presentation from Amber on our programs and families
4. Airtable and the tracking we are doing from it
5. Exciting things coming up: Earth Week (not all the details, but sharing what's coming, building out a community area in the front, updating quality control area to give even more room and make room for large groups.)
6. Q & A: Please submit your questions in advance to Sarah or Jess. In the event we run short on time to answer them all, Sarah will write up answers and Jess will include them with the meeting minutes.
