Make sure to allow plenty of time to park, sign in, and locate the construction site tub. A required safety meeting will happen promptly at 8:00am. Lunch preparation should start around 11:45am. 

Please bring/wear the following items to a Habitat work site:

Closed-toe shoes. Boots or rainwear for inclement weather (worksites can be muddy). Dress for the weather (cold and hot). Layers are ideal. Bring extra clothing. You may get wet or dirty. Reusable water bottle or coffee cup.

Volunteers receive 2 hours of volunteer time for each scheduled cookie baker delivery.

**Dietary/Religious Restrictions:

Please be sensitive to our volunteers with special dietary or religious concerns. If you could provide a small variety of meal choices, that usually covers all dietary needs. We ask that you always have a small portion of a vegetarian entrée option available such as a salad or a vegetarian version of whatever you’re making such as chili, soup, lasagna, pizza, sandwiches, salads without bacon bits, meat, etc. Click here for our meal suggestions document.

When you set up, there is a table on site, as well as a cooler, and a roll of garbage bags. Lunch is typically a half-hour break, but it could run over depending on the situation. Feel free to clean up once everyone has finished eating and they return to work.
