Volunteer: Rock the Block - Volunteer Support - Cleanup Crew - SaturdayThis role is responsible for the end-of-day clean-up of the host site, and packing things up on the final day. This ensures the host site is left in the condition we found it, everything is set up and ready to go for the following day, and at the end of the event, everything is packed up and ready for Logistics to take back to the Warehouse. This is a great opportunity for students who enjoy leadership, service, and working with people of all ages. There’s also a bit of room for them to help co-create the event with other youth leaders. We’re asking participating students to: Attend one planning meeting prior to the eventBe present on May 16 from about 10:00 AM to 1:00 PMHelp prep activities, guide families through projects, and assist with cleanupProjects will include things like preparing meals for the Hope Fridge, painting kindness signs or rocks, and organizing small acts of kindness for neighbors.
